For round two of the emoticon pagent for #EmoteOCs

Round two was meant to be a..talent your OC has. Kat is a sniper in the EDF* and I wanted to show that

I instantly thought of the typical movie style scrolling from side to side, like in cowboy scenes? (Or am I the only one here which knows what I'm talking about? >.> )

This emote was such a pain, I generally got the basic scenes done for each of them, even though the large emote was hard, along with the sniper view... Animating it though seemed to be a lot more of a pain, and even though I'm still not happy with it I'm leaving it as it is for now, I may go back and fix the odd couple errors I see.

Programs: MSPaint, Giffy, Unfreez, Gimp, IrfanView
