Description So...I tried to make a little figure, it turned out better than i thought it would, but still not as great as i would like it to be...

i used super sculpey, you can actually buy it at hobby lobby if you can make it there.

Did you use anything in the core to shape it or did you just jump right in?

Looks good! I've started a couple sculpting projects myself recently (won't have pics up until later on), and let me tell you it wasn't easy. The first one I did is much larger than yours, which was probably a mistake but I was able to make it work out in the end. Just a tip, if you do anything much bigger than two or 3 inches, definitely use an armature since pony legs aren't the sturdiest before being cured...

yeah, i have the wire for the armature, its just making a sculpture without a base, a lot of people have wooden bases.Β

Yeah, that's hard too. If you're not already aware, tinfoil also makes for good armature in thicker areas. Again, something I wish I had done with mine, but now I know for next time.
