My entry for PitterPaint 's "2500 Watcher Contest". The task was to take two of her MLP next-gen kids, and design a child for them. It's been a long while since I've drawn ponies, so this was good practice. Anyway, here's her info :

. Name : Rain Drop
. Nickname ( s ) : Rain
. Age : 16
. Gender : Female / Mare
. Species : Pegasus
. Build : athletic, little bit taller than the average mare
. Sexuality : bisexual
. Parents : Sky Rocket(dad), Niagra Falls(mom)
. Cutie mark : a rain drop with wings. This is to symbolize that she's an element controlling pegasus, her element being water. This means she has the ability to manipulate water with her wings, which depending on how she does it can make for a very beautiful display.

-Personality/Background : Rain is a very energetic and sporty young mare. She takes after her mom in being very kind and friendly, being an optimist. From her dad's side she's naturally very competitive, loyal, stubborn, and has a tendency to joke around/prank here and there. Rain has a close relationship to grandma Dash, though currently has no plans for joining the wonderbolts.
Rather, she likes performing her own stunts with her elemental abilities. She has always had a slightly larger than normal wing-span, which has it's ups and downs. When she was little, her wings were so big/heavy all she could do was hover slightly off the ground. When walking with them open and down, Rain also has a habit of accidentally tripping on them often, similar to her mother's clumsiness. She's thankfully grown into them a little bit better now, though there will be times where they'll still cause her trouble.

- fun facts :
. though she is kind and friendly, she can be known to show blunt honesty and have (almost)no filter when talking with others.
. her fashion sense is a mix between comfy, sporty, and fun
. in the eqg world, she would be into swimming and track(though the former's her favorite of the two)
. loves rainy, windy, and stormy weather. Unlike some ponies, she enjoys it and will often hang outside when it's raining.
