For Ponies-For-Everypony's Friendship contest....GAHHH why do I torture myself????? This is HUGE and took FOREVER XD but it was immensely fun haha
Don't hate for the lack of Luna...I really didn't feel like adding her. But look!! There's Spike!

Very nice. Quite stylized I must say. Everything has a much sharper angle to it than the art for the show and most MLP art from which it takes its cues from, the regular art having a far more rounded look. Still, I think it translated quite well here, smacks somewhat of a Van Gogh painting in the style. Save the manes and tails, which remain mostly rounded and bouncy and I find quite charming. Which is likely why Spike resembles a reptile far more. I am curious about those little series of black dots here and there though.

The dots are gel pen, which look much nicer in person. They make the ponies shimmer (obviously a little hard to capture through a dead on photo haha). I use dot of gel pen in most of my pieces. Honestly they don't have too much meaning other than I think they look pretty XD
