Hey all, hope summer is awesome! There has got to be nothing more terrifying than someone charging at you with all their mind, body and spirit, for all of those people that take Kendo or any other martial art knows what im talking about

Very cool representation! Martial Arts is a very cool thing-- like a marriage between fighting and meditation.
I quit doing karate though, cause our instructors stunk
