Hmm.... depends on his personality. If hes good, and doesn't take after dear old dad, you can have any timelord name. But if hes like his father... (Or worse).. you can always call him the Grandmaster, the Arcadian, the Scion, or... hmm.. ok I like the Scion myself. Try that one. It could go for a good or badguy.
