Kosh and Ulkesh from Babylon 5. Two of my favorite characters, and while Ulkesh was a villian near the end, he still had an awesome design!Its an unofficial rule.. Villians always gotta look cool.. dont believe me? Look at nearly every villian in comic books, cartoons, and movies.... tell me most of them dont look ten times cooler than the heroes!
