I've recently becone re-interested in the Evangelion series, that's why the character is wearing a jacket based off of Rei's plug suit. It also seems like it would be something a mecha and andriod mechanic would like to wear. If you can't tell her shirt says 'mecha pilot' on it, she's not really a mecha pilot she just fixes them but it's cooler to put an a shirt than one that says 'mechanic'. I will add a background to this picture (and that should be my next update!).Related content

Well most mechanics don't look vey feminine XD
I didn't like it for a few reasons 1- I was 10, so it was kind of over my head 2- I never got to read the 1st volume so it didn't make any sense and 3- I was probably reading it backwards because I was confused by the right-left format. But now I'm not stupid and young (atleast not that young) anymore so I like it now. XD
