The directions for the fabric tautness is also helpful. People tend to forget the laws of physics that affects clothing in this way. They draw what they think should be there instead of considering the motion of their characters.

The ice looks very authentic. I like the way you used a multitude of colors to give ideas of what the ice is reflecting/the atmosphere surrounding the ice form at that moment.
