I don't get how you did the face on the right side of the file. I've tried to do similar but it always ends up wrong. :/

That comes from the difference of experience I think. This one step-by-step is tricky if you don't already know all the basics on how to draw it

The hair is super pretty and shiny
The little face at the side, is really pretty and well smoothed out. Nice details as well
The wood and metal looks nice too
The water drop looks good, but it might be a little too blue? That's just my opinion
The torso is looking mighty fine aswell
And so is those boobs/shoulders
But I admit, my favorite part of this drawing, is those eyes. And eyebrows..
Holy shit, those are looking good
