first time i met pokemondonβt know where senior Henry is now but thank you so much for showing me pokemon red back then
thus i fancy gen 1 the most but my first pokemon game was gold^^

Oh, now this brings back memories of holidays by my grandma, early morning TV with my younger brother. Getting up extra early on Wednesdays just to see PokΓ©mon.

Awww. I watched the shows and then my I got heart gold for my birthday in the 5th or 6th grade. my best memories of it though is when I versed my cozen in multiplayer (also who remembers the pokewalker?)

The moment when I first discover Pokemon was when my brothers and I were skimming through channels on TV and we saw a show which the art style is different from all the other cartoons I've watched. Then when the title screen shows up, it was "Pokemon". My first discovery with Pokemon was when it was on TV...then that's when I discovered anime as well.
My first Pokemon game was Pokemon Stadium on the N64! Then "Hey You, Pikachu" came in! ^_^
Oh, gawd, Nintendo needs to do a remaster to those games. >.<

I remember playing Blue version. I was so young I thought the roofs of Pallet Town were staircases. XD
I like all the generations, to be honest. I do have fond memories of Silver, though...specifically of the most lethal Pokemon I trained. Bruce the Feraligatr wasn't the first Totodile I picked, but he defeated if not slew every single opponent we challenged. By the time I found Red for the first time, Bruce singlehandedly annihilated him. ...the day my Silver Version's save battery died was the saddest moment of my childhood.

Pokemon red was my first game... but I stopped at ruby and got back to it on White 2.... Yeah I skipped a whole gen XD

My very first Pokemon game was crystal on Gameboy color. I had seen the anime before but that game is what really sparked my love for franchise.

I second that. Now I kind of want to play Red again. Or the Green Version my first-cousin brought me from one of his trips to Japan. I can't read what they say, but I pretty much get the gist of it anyway.

My brother kept his pokemon games away from me after I caught a 'stupid pokemon' with his master ball. (It was a ditto, which I had read was really rare somewhere. noticed he didn't have it in his pokedex so I caught it for him)
So my first pokemon game I owned was Pearl. which was the same year I bought my first DS.

For Pokemon, I played the blue one and love the fun filled adventure in the game. I had a blast playing it then.

I had Sapphire as my first. Logged over 700 hrs on it before handing it down to my sister. Thanks to the transfer system, I ended up dragging my Swampert across every generation afterwards. It's still stands proud and has finally returned to the Hoenn region as of Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby.

I got started on blue. Got it from ebay. The guy hacked the heck out of it though. I had to reset the cartridge a couple times before the hacked stuff disappeared.Β
Hacked stuff= Start new game with full pokedex, all key items, Entei and his bros running around as wild encounters.Β
Maybe I should have just went along with it but I was young and it was my first game so I wanted to beat it without taking advantage of cheats or stuff.

1st gen, i was given pokemon yellow and a gameboy for my birthday, then i played it day and night to the point the background music was ingrained in my head, to this day i literally hear pokemon songs when it gets super quiet XD Silver is probably my favorite tho <3

My first generation of Pokemon was Sapphire, guess who bought the remake last year. ME! Whooohooo! My childhood memories is sacred to that very game. *Sobs* Well, off to wondertrade. Who is with me, maybe I can get all starters now...I still miss some of them. :3Β
