Well.... this didn't take as long as I thought it would. Sadly though... open canvas doesn't work on my new computer... so I'm taking a risk on my old computer to do some of my art on there. But... I learned... instead of saving it to the computer.. where I sadly lost an awsome image before... I'm saving directly to my flash drive.... *grins*
Yeah.. it's been rough.. my cats passing... both quite within a short time... but doing my art... I feel it makes me stronger in a way, and they'd want me to continue to do my best.
So this was originally colored in Open Canvas, and then touched up in photoshop. It's Legend of Dragoon... EHEHEHEH!
I am so happy... I never really felt skilled enough to create fanart for Legend of Dragoon... because I thought I wouldn't do it justice... but... I'm happy now. I feel that I have earned a little bit more of the skill I wanted... and I am happy with this piece... SO happy in fact, that I'm eventually going to make more.... oh yes.. and connect them all together... BWAHAHAHAHA! *coughs* But first, finishing of other projects is going to the top of my list... Trials... and a few other loose ends... sigh... Sorry for being so busy....
And yes, I know I keep yammering, but I bet a few of you are wondering why I put the protection... text I guess you could call it on this one... well... I've always been one to trust my intuition... and for some reason, my gut was telling me... you'd better do it for this one... I mean I should do it for all my art... but you all know I did them, and I trust you guys would tell me if you saw someone taking it... I have already had some of you kind folks tell me of one already, appreciate it again.
Anyways, I'm off... to look at art, reply, chat.. art... you know... *grins* OH! AND HAPPY VALENTINES LOVEY THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE DAY!

I'd be cool to see Sky from the SNES game Skyblazer in your style. H'd look pretty badass! Sadly the box art for him doesn't really match his sprites. But he really looks like he can fit in the Legend of Dragoon's universe!

Hmm, never played it. Like all of the original games though, I'm sure it rocks. The only thing is I usually have to know the series to draw a character... otherwise I feel I may not capture the correct feeling of the character when drawing. Thanks for the vote of confidence though!

Yeah, nope. The only smash bros I've heard of was for Nintendo 64, and it's been ages since that release. Didn't know they had a new one though. Well I'd love to do a piece however I'd probably have to commission for it if I did though... If your still interested we can agree to a cost, if not that's fine too. Please let me know, thanks.

Oooo~~~ the moment I saw it. I knew exactly what it was. and swooned with joy Q-Q someone with excellent talent has amazing taste... I love this game so much words can barely describe. In fact. replaying it. and likely will many a time. only this time hopefully I can finish it before my data gets corrupted. ANYWAY! fantastic picture and I can't wait to see more. I LOVE those two characters-Shana was actually a pretty rocking character with me, Her and Meru both. And Hell Rose was awesome too.

That's the point. Shana really KILLS with spells (Meaning items) and her Dragoon form can heal your entire team, but she can't take too many hits. She's more of a healer.

My team was Dart Shana/Miranda and Lavitz/Albert. Getting Shana and Miranda up to Dragoon Level 5 is a pain, but worth it. Her dragon deals tons of damage to every opponent on the field, and then uses that damage to heal your team. Her addition (Or lack thereof) sucks, but otherwise Shana/Miranda are awesome!

Yep. Extreme Magical defense and offense, terrible physical offense and defense. Physical stuff was Lavitz/Albert, and occasionally Dart.

dart was the first video game hero i ever remember actually liking. still like the guy even today.

Early on, when I've heard about this game, I kind of felt reluctant in playing it, because of it being so long. After a while, I thought I'd give it a try. I've been playing it on a friend's PSX since then. (I'm on Disk Three right now.) I'm pretty much blown away by how good it is! I can't wait to play through the rest of it!

It's an addictive game huh? The story is really in depth, and at the time it was released there was no other game like it with action battles that fully involved the player... Look at games now. They all are like that mostly. It was a epic game of it's time, and still is for me. I'm glad that I can talk with fellow fans that have a passion for this game as well! Happy gaming!
