You pressed your ear against the door, trying to listen in on the conversation between your boyfriend and his best friend.

"Just do it already. It's been five years, man."

"I-I can't! Well, I can, but I'm honestly scared..."

"Scared of what? There's nothing to be afraid of. What you think is going to happen is not going to happen. It's going to be alright."

A shuffle of clothes and a few pats. They were probably bro-hugging, which was your cue to get out. Using that new trick you learned from Blue, you stealthily rolled away, the 'Mission Impossible' theme playing in your head.

You escaped just before the door opened, revealing a nervous Red and a stoic Green. They went out the front door, probably to hang out or something.

What were they talking about? You thought to yourself.Could they be... No. We've only been dating for a five years and living together for only four! No way, no way, no way...

Your phone beeped, signaling that you have received a text. It was from Red.

Blue will be in your house in half an hour. Wear something nice.

You started to tear up, knowing where this was going. Red had been very nervous around you lately, randomly hanging out with Blue and Ruby, having hushed debates over the phone at three in the morning, and now the conversation from earlier... It all made sense. How could I have not seen it coming? You wondered.

You raced to your room, throwing off your ratty every day clothes for a more formal yet stylish outfit, which consisted of breezy blouse and nice pants. You threw on some makeup, some simple eye makeup and a tiny dab of lip gloss, then chose matching earrings and bracelets.

Right when you put on the finishing touches, the familiar honk of Blue's car came from outside. You flew into her car, practically slamming the door behind you as you bounced in your seat.

"My, my. Aren't you an excited one?" Blue remarked, winking as she drove dangerously over the speed limit to the park. Thankfully, she wasn't caught during her 'reenactment of every action movie in existence,' as everyone joked.

You immediately spotted Red, sporting a crisp jacket and pants and his signature hat he had kept for years. Your mind wandered, remembering all the times you had to repair it for him.

"[Name]!" You ran up and hugged him, sharing a quick kiss with your future husband... But he didn't know you knew. You tried to hide your knowledge of it and succeeded. Maybe it was from hanging out with Blue every week.

"Come here. I've got a surprise for you." He took your hand and lead you over to the lake, where beautiful white Swanna floated. The cherry blossom trees around the lake were blooming, scattering a few pink petals on the clear lake.

A table was set there, with a large book on it. As you approached, it was a scrapbook. He opened it, and it was filled with you and the gang's (the other PokéDex Holders) every moment. Hilarious pranks, devious antics, risky stunts; every single memory rushed back to you in a wave of nostalgia.

Every picture had it's own little description. Pearl annoying Silver while dodging Hydro Pumps, Forcing Emerald to be a pixie, Platinum reacting to What Does the Vulpix Say, A drunk Gold trying to hit on Green...

"Why are you showing me this?" You asked curiously, keeping up your ignorant façade. You flipped a page and smiled; it was your eighteenth birthday, the first one you celebrated with Red as a couple. There was cake everywhere, a drunk Gold and an aggravated Silver and Crystal, a ticked off Green and a mischievous Blue... Everyone was there.

"Because. All of these pictures have moments that are really special to you... To me, to all of us. And, I think I'd like to add another one." Red said smoothly, as if he had rehearsed it a thousand times. He got down on one knee, pulling out a small box.

You had known it was coming. But that didn't stop the waterworks from coming. Tears spilled out of your eyes.

"No!" You squealed in disbelief, then mentally slapped yourself as a shocked look went over his face.

"I mean, yes!" You corrected, and he blew out a sigh of relief.

"I haven't even asked yet." He said, continuing with his script. He opened it, revealing a simple yet beautiful diamond ring, with little [favorite color] jewels surrounding it.

Then, he said the four magical words. And it wasn't 'how about ordering pizza?'

"Will you marry me?"

Your mind was in a blur. As Blue and Ruby tended to you, dabbing makeup and adjusting your dress, you were crying. Again.

"[Name], no tears on the dress! I worked very hard on it! Plus, you'll ruin the makeup!" Ruby scolded, handing you a small tissue.

"Sorry," you sniffled, "it's my big day, you know?" You looked at yourself in the mirror. Your dress, one that hugged you in just the right places, was a strapless cream colored gown made of silk. The top half was decorated with elaborate designs, a lacy bow sitting right above your waist.

The bottom half rippled elegantly, like a waterfall. It went to the floor, barely concealing your feet. Blue had opted for flats of the same color, which were comfortable yet pretty. Your veil was a simple one, setting off the entire look perfectly.

"All done, [Name]. Look at you!" Blue squealed. She began to tear up a little herself, gazing at your reflection.

"My work is fabulous, as usual. You're lucky to have a dress made by me! Now go out there and meet your future husband!" Ruby gave you a small push towards the door. You opened it and saw Red, pacing right outside the bride's dressing room.

He was dressed in a handsome black tuxedo, with a tie the color of his namesake. When you saw him, you immediately wanted to kiss him right then and there, but you had to wait. For now.

"Red, oh Red!" You hugged him, and he squeezed you tightly.

"I love you so much." He murmured, which you giggled and playfully hit him.

"Save the sappy stuff for later." You teased, giving him a quick peck on the cheek.

"As you wish."

Yellow, dressed in a pure white dress with pink ribbons and exchanging her usual hat for a matching white hat, walked down the aisle. She may have had a crush on Red before, but those feelings have dissipated. Yellow whole-heartedly supported your wedding.

Yellow reached her pale hand into a basket, scooping up a small handful of petals carefully, tossing them onto the carpet. They fell onto the floor delicately, and she did so until she reached the end of the aisle, then took her place hurriedly.

Then, you walked down the aisle. Professor Oak, who had become your second father since you were kicked out of you original parents' house, led you down the aisle. He took his place as a priest, standing in between the bridesmaids and Red's best man, Green.

You could hardly say your vows; you could hardly even hear anything other than your heart hammering in your chest.

"Now, does anyone object? If so, please stand up and say so." Professor Oak said.

"I DO!" A drunk Gold yelled. How he got drunk before the wedding started, you didn't know. A few gasps went throughout the crowd. Leave it to Gold to ruin the moment. It took all your willpower not to march over there and strangle him.

He was then slapped hard by Crystal and punched in the face by Silver, both of them having murderous glints in their eyes. You never saw anything more terrifying and entertaining at the same time.

"Ow, I'm kidding! I was only -hic- kidding!" He shouted. You gave a death glare before returning to look at Red's face. Just gazing into his deep crimson eyes got rid of all thoughts to kill Gold from your mind.

Professor Oak coughed. "Well, now that we have everything settled... You may kiss the bride."

It started out slow and sweet at first, but it quickly became the most passionate kiss you ever had. Red lifted you off your feet and swung you around, dipping you low for the last few seconds.

Cheers went throughout the audience as Blue's signature camera flashed, forever preserving the moment. She stuck the developed photo in the scrapbook, captioning it with her flawless script.

The day two lovebirds finally got together.
