Guy Singzon made it.
about 80% earth-friendly because it is made from used illustration board (base), styrofoam (fangs & cheecks), sealant (for texture), and glue stick for detailing.

Thankies a lot - and what kind of sealant? (sorry that I'm asking for such details but I want to make a predator cosplay too - so I was looking for different alternatives to the latex masks - 'cause where I live latex is almost impossible to get)
