I didn't trace, I just drew it for fun. It looked challenging, so I took a shot at it. If you'd see, I crapped up here and there; if I had TRACED it, it would've been a much better job.
And I LIKED the pic! Is that such a crime? It's not like I said "Oooh, I like this pic! I'm gonna claim it as my own!". That's just stupid to even assume.

It's not like she claimed that she made this pose up herself. You have no right to say it's theft.
And, what's wrong with drawing something that's already done? It's called practice.
Also for some people drawing is just a form of leisure. It's not like she was drawing it to prove she's great at drawing.

fan art is if you do it in your own style. not in the same as the creater.
if she did Yuko in her own style then there would be no problem, or if she had changed the pic at least noticeably. then there would be no problem. THERE is no change, the design is the SAME as the CREATORS,

Open your eyes and look around. Have you seen other deviations on here?? Most of them are fanart; either copied [not as in stealing or traced, but simply drawing the same picture] or they are original. Copying pictures can challenge you and help you get better at drawing and so forth. You, of all people, have no right to say things like this.
How can you be so sure that they have stolen pictures and accepting them as their own??
Not all fan arts on here even have disclaimers. Why don't you just go around and comment on all fan arts, using the same thing you said here??
