A quick edit of the first sketch I did of Raiden from a couple of weeks ago -- I also thought it would be fun to emphasize his lit eye as from the trailer
I know that this sketch is very inaccurate and not proportional, but there's a good reason for that. This was drawn right after E3 when Konami had just unveiled Metal Gear 'Solid' 'Rising'. So there was little reference material to work with from aside from the official trailer and game-play segments! Now that there are tons of reference pictures, concept art, media and even a game, I'm sure that I can do a much much better job
