What art program do you use and how do you do your line art like that? I want to try putting a bit of your awesome style into mine? like just using it as inspiration if that's ok

oh gosh sweats i just use sai and i use a slightly edited pen tool for lines with the stabilizer on 15 (my hands are super shaky laughs)
