This was one of those "see it, snag it" and hope you got the shot situations! I was walking with a girlfriend at our local lake and we walked past this bird...I did a really quick frame and focus, hit the shutter and the bird was gone! I really like it too

As I can see, these random fast pics are working out better for everyone, not like those planned, much perfected pics..

I was using the auto fuctions on the camera, I don't think I'd have gotten it if I'd had to check the exposures, too

Thanks, I was walking with a friend and her dogs and kept stopping to take pictures then having to run to catchup. But I couldn't help myself the colors were so intense!
