I’m on the verge of this ending summer
Yet I’m still nowhere near any answer
Though their ears now hear and lips now speak,
They're all irrelevant from what I seek
Fabricated comforts, I've read. I’ve heard
But where's this going, if it all seems absurd?
My heart's longing for that deep sensitivity,
More than just assurance of someone’s custody,
Because underneath the body is a soul
Needing more constancy than control
That even though I’m into this growing insecurity,
I wouldn’t be alone while feeling lonely,
This journey of life is a thousand times better
To know someone’s walking with you forever

It's really really pretty! I love it! very expression-filled. ^^
I'm also a Christian! It is hard when you're around people with different values than you. But it's amazing how God helps us, in some ways more obvious and some ways less obvious. I've felt horrible insecurity and loneliness and sometimes I still do. But one thing that always helps is to know God loves me!

P.S. I think it's find to keep using the word "forever" at the end of your poems. It's special. It can kind of be like your trademark. Like how Hayao Miyazaki's trademark is flying scenes. A flying scene isn't in every movie of his, but it's in most. same for you ending with "forever!"

Reading this just made my day. ^^ Hmmm, the poem sounds more like someone longing for that perfect love story to call their own. Hahaha that's just my opinion. But still, I like your choice of words and the feeling evoked from reading this.
