Good Job on the drawing. The hair is real interesting! The read highlights are great and the hair sort of shines but not in the typical way, Kinda more earthy. Were you going for anything in particular with that style? it kinda looks Noir or rugged like the new tombraider games or survival style drawings.

Thank you! I tried to keep to the original shape of the hair but add a bit more movement and a sort of realism as the original is quite cartoon like, as its split into sections, I imagine its because it's easier to animate. I love the character designs for Final Fantasy and the recent Tomb Raider games now have that similar style of animated and stylised but with a touch of realism, like having individual strands of hair, highlights and shadows, rather than blocky and sectioned. Overall, I just wanted the hair to have more of a flow to it.
