This is the second of an 8 page set from a "preview" scene from the new BBA world. One of these pages will go out every two weeks on Mondays.
We hope you will enjoy the preview while we take time to prepare for the release of the beginning pages of the main story arc, scheduled for early 2015.
This preview was made to test out a few things, including a new layout and formatting approach. With these pages I was also experimenting with a simpler drawing style - but I do not think I'll be actually moving forward with this same level of simplicity/abstraction when I start the main arc.

I'd just say again that I LOVE that you've begun drawing BBA again, even though it might take some time for me to adjust to a new storyline, characters and such (since I'd really love to see Dagger, Scythe and Claymore!! <3)
As for the style, I understand if you're experimenting with the preview pages/trying other styles, but I must say I hope, as you talk about, you'll go back to the details you put into the old BBA

I'm not sure, but I think I'm in love with all the vibrant color choices of these new pages! 
Not only that, but I just love that 'animated movie' feel to the whole thing, the two of you pull it off so well.

I kinda miss the old art style to be honest.... I understand simplicity makes things easier and quicker for a comic.
But I feel like this makes it seem kinda kiddish?
Whereas the other older pages look more mature.

And Swifty's (hello genre-savvy Swiftkill this is beautiful) entirely understandable paranoia over following this strange new wold in the pack- to find something as simple as can be. She just looks so confused and conflicted and mildly offended and I just... I love it.

Bloodspill is my all time favorite character out of all the wolf based comics here on DA. She's just so blunt and straightforward that she has no problem saying what's on her mind. Even if it's nothing at all. So she's my all time fav character on DA. :3

Blood has always been a fan of eggs, ever since the first version. I love how you brought this back
The dialogue is what I like the most in this page, with Swift making monologues and Blood literally saying four words. It tells a lot about their personalities.
The large panel in the middle is fantastic! I love the depth the background gives, and the perspective is nicely executed!

I love this page! I always love quiet, few-words characters, and that's one of the reasons I like Blood! And I love how Swift just says "Eggs." like she can't believe she came all this way for this.
