-edit- A nice commenter reminded me of something I should mention here
With the last page, i experimented with drawing the characters with the wacom tablet. It was fun but took me an eternity. So I decided to go back to drawing the characters using good old fashioned mechanical pencil and paper and then scanning them in im going to continue to do the coloring with wacom now (it is indeed nicer than using the mouse) but yes, the series is being drawn in pencil again. It gives that nice oldschool animated movie look thats hard for me to get with digital lines ^^let me know what you think! I hope you enjoy.Bgs and layout by

I have to say, I love Swiftkill's expression in the second to last panel. It really fits perfectly with the seriousness of the conversation.
I have a hard time with facial expressions, so kudos to you! ^^
Also, that is the most BEAUTIFUL lizard I've ever seen. XDDDDDD
I love the colors and the minute details, like its markings on the first panel.

I find the hand drawn stuff looks better in the end and it makes it more personal all in all, your comic is fantastic and looks great. It inspires me to do my comics again.

I love how you show how these two interact around others, and then by themselves. You can tell Swift is the only one Blood opens up to, and vice versa. Their relationship is so strong, and is definately described well with this one page - I love it.
These small almost 'tender' moments between them are nice and makes it all the more real.
You've done a fantastic job with the writing, drawing, and everything in this comic. It's very well thought-out.
And the backgrounds are beautiful and dynamic, as always. Amazing job, Erin. You have alot of talent with perspective.
When I get money, I definately plan on buying the book. <3
