I am now accepting art as payment! Once you've asked to buy the adopt with art, you will be given a strict two weeks to complete an art piece of the adopt itself that's on par with what's in your gallery!
Meaning, if you half-ass your entry, you will not win. This is effort-based, not skill-based, so everyone is welcome! You only get one chance though, so make it count! I also accept literature as an alternative!

You may repost my art, but you must always give me credit for it.
Make sure to tell any future owners to credit me for the art as well.
Credit me either as Kaylidae or VazlaKat .
If for some reason you wish to use the art in a way that makes it difficult to credit me, it's alright to not do so, just be sure to never claim the art as your own and give proper credit when people ask.
After that initial credit, the character is 100% yours to do with as you wish. You don't need to notify me when you trade/sell/gift the design, and you don't need to link new owners to my TOS. You can do literally anything with it, including drastically change the design, make a species out of it, or even sell it for a million and one dollars. It's completely out of my hands. However, I still own the right to the initial reference art of it used to sell the design in the first place, and am free to make my own species out of it if I so desire. Your character will be credited as inspiration.
(Optional) You can tag me whenever you draw or get art of your design! I'm not very social, so I probably won't comment, but I'll favourite it and save it and cherish it and yah. <3

With my open species, you are allowed to make your own characters for FREE! You are also allowed to invent your own traits. Just credit me for the species at least once per new character.
Open species designs don't require my approval, but you must remember to let me know when you've made one so that I may add it to the masterlist!
(If I don't favourite the design in a timely manner, let me know about it directly so I can add it to the masterlist, making it an official design of the species! <3)
You are also allowed to make, sell, and price your own adoptables with your own TOS, so long as you ALWAYS credit me for the species.
I also need you to tell me of any ownership changes so that I may update the masterlist. This includes adoptables and any myos that you or others have made!
Basically, if it's a member of my species, I need to know that it exists and who currently owns it! Thank you! ♥
