Yes, yes, another one of those
A friend I know from another website asked me to write a tutorial on how I do all that face shading, and here's the response.

It's awfully wordy, but I wanted it to be as detailed as possible.
Again, this is just how I do it, doesn't necessarily reflect other methods. The most important thing is that you find a method that works best for you...and hopefully I helped!

ah, thanks! Well, nobody really knows me on Tumblr. i guess part of the reason why is because I dont' really advertise that account. It's just for me to post my sketches and WIPs in, for accountability, but that's not to say taht you cannot reblog it or whatever. Though I've been getting recognition there from submitting my art to Eatsleepdraw.

This is very well done and great coloring and shading!
I only have one problem with it and really its a minor one(cause it happens a lot to those that come from anime background) her eyes are TOO big hehe

Thank you so much! I tried to make the proportions rather stylized, because I based this off Amanda Seyfried and I didn't want it to look exactly like her, but yeah, the eyes are huge!
