this is something i wanted to do for a while, a picture mapping out (most of) the injuries that the kids have gathered over the seasons. of course, not all of their injuries would turn into scars (otherwise stan may not even be part of this image as most of his injuries seemed to be superficial cuts), but if they did, this might be what it would look like
arguably, kenny might not have ANY scars, since he gets a new body each time, but this would be if he kept the marks from each death (minus some bullet holes).
unfortunately, wendy (who i did draw) is not included, because including her would most likely violate tos. you can find her here: 31.media.tumblr.com/2278e92237…

Magical Headcanon time!:
The reason why Kenny wears his parka all the time is because every time he dies he gets a scar somewhere on his back, arms, neck, legs.
He wears it because he doesn't want anyone to worry about him.

I was wondering why the scars but if we get technical both Cartman and Kyle would have scars considering they had surgeries more than once

The only one of those that would leave a scar is the kidney. The eye and tonsil surgeries don't leave scars.

I saw this on Tumblr and like... I still think about this picture a lot. it's honestly my favourite SP fanart that I've ever seen. they've been through a lot, so it's pretty sad... but also kinda funny, because Kenny.

you forgot the time cartman was thrown under the bus (literally) by mr. mackey, Kyle and Cartman's head injuries from the one where cartman pretends to be a psychic after falling off of his roof, the time kenny was impaled through his eye socket in weight gain 4000 (I think that was the one) and stan's injuries from the woodland critters (though I guess that technically wasn't canon). Also stan broke his arm in follow that egg too, you have it listed as "various cuts."

the only one there that I would have included is Kenny, but as his face is already scarred it would get too muddled. The other injuries you mentioned don't ever show any blood, so I can't know where a scar would have gone if there even was one. Broken bones do not leave scars unless there is surgery to put the bone back in place or the bone somehow rips through the skin. So, no, those ones weren't forgotten, they were purposefully left out because there's no way I would know where to put any scars.
there are scars on kenny I did miss on his limbs, though, from the episode with Terrance and Phillip beyond the blow.

ohh this is ever so wonderful and inspiring ! i love seeing artwork with character's scars and you've done a great job taking them all into account and drawing them out for us all to see o w o each scar is drawn fantastically, my favourite has to be Kyle's HumancentiPad scars (even though they've come from a horrific source) idk why, i just really really like them ;n;" but yes, fantastic work once again thank you for sharing !!

Wow, this is so gorgeous! I've never even thought of doing this before but now I really want to do my own version. It's kind of insane how many times these poor babies have been injured in different ways and it's really cool to see a visual representation of it. The only thing I would add is that in your list explaining the scars you didn't put down the "humancentipad" episode down for Kyle. But other than that it's pretty friggin perfect! I wouldn't have even remembered about Wendy's scars but that picture is really beautiful! Plus the kidney transplant one I wouldn't have remembered either and is really great! Awesome job <3
