Some splatters I made with ink...and turned into Photoshop brushes. There are also some brushes that I made with the settings on Adobe Photoshop 7, so you may need that version at least. But the ink splatters should work with any version, I think...I don't really download brushes from other people. >.>EDIT: Okay, I had to change the preview since the original splatters are no longer here, and I uploaded a new file for the brushes themselves...it should work, now. Let me know if they don't!

Eep...then it shouldn't be too different from 7. There should be a drop-down menu you can get when you have the brush tool selected. There's a load brush option, and from there you just browse for the file.
I can try to get more specific if you want, but that's as clear as my brain can get right now >.<;
