The tag team of did this pic.I had to go to work in mid pic so we couldn't finish it. Still We both think its nice so I will post it as is.

They probrably can. Plus Sumos need to eat rice to get their size.

But pandas can only eat bamboo, but again these aren't your normal pandas.

Panda's are actually omnivores dude. They can eat eggs, honey, yams and fish too.
Also Makuyama is only half panda and half Kodiak he shows himeelf to be more of a Kodiac bear with his size and strength.
