I used a reference from the actual manga to draw this (like looking at the picture and drawing from that not like tracing or anything - some people misinterpret so i have to clarify)

 It just takes a lot of practice. You don't even want to know what my very first drawing of L looked like XD

WHAT? How could you not like your art?!? (well then again, i'm sure every artist doesn't like their own art - don't kill me but i don't really like mine either )

But yeah, i can't draw animals to save my life. And your traditional works are really good

And i know what you ean by looking at a reference pic

I do that alot

Observation drawings are my fav thing to do because i mae less mistakes

Especially when i have to draw full bodied cats or something

I want to draw anime so yeah

I guess i will need to do many drawings to be successful

Nearly every artist hates ir dislikes their own work.

Most of my drawings end up in the bin coz im not satysgied 

I waste a lot of paper sometimes

My watchers preffer trafitional art than digital coz i cant draw on photoshop well yet haha

I started to deaw digitally since 2009

Not much practice

Traditionally i drew since i was two years old and now im 21

What? You didn't know? Did you just watch the anime? Yeah, the anime is based off the manga.

And yeah, i use references for almost all my drawings except for a few where i just completely draw it from my head. I don't usually draw it exactly the same like this i mostly just have pose references to get proportions right, and draw something completely different from the thing i'm looking at so i don't just make an exact copy (and wow that was a long sentence -_-). I feel like references is a great way to learn though

If you want to draw anime (or anything at all), all you have to do is practice don't expect it to be perfect at first. I started drawing anime like 3-4 years ago and i'm still far from perfect. 

hahah yeah i throw a lot of drawings away too, poor trees i only know a few people who actually really like their own work so they're rare. 

and drawing on Photoshop takes practice. and it is really hard (for a noob like me). Even though i used Photoshop for this particular drawing, i switched programs. I us Paint Tool Sai now and i like a sooooo much better. It's a lot more user friendly and i personally think it makes my drawings look better too. I would check it out if you have time and still want to draw digitally. I'm no professional i just draw for fun and figure all this stuff out myself, but i can try and help you if you want. 

and i don't mind the long conversations, most people don't take the time to reply back.
