Well just playing around a little bit with animation and stuff. This still is one scenery shot from one of my all 2D animations. Simple matte painting with self shot skyline reference and self rendered 3D terrain all painted together by hand ^_^Related content

I need a program to render 3d mountains for my space/fantasy. Google can only provide so much with stock images..

Well it's a bit of rendering AND painting
The mountains have been rendered with "Terragen" just google for it, it's free and tho it's pretty old it does the job. The rest has been done with "3DSMAX" (long time ago I wasn't able to actually PAINT things like that....well now I can) and Photoshop.
I wish I had the whole animation but I kinda lost it -.-
