I'm sorry dude, the thing is that when you broke rule 6, you could still ask for request or suggestions as long as you didn't broke any more rules
but you decided to broke rule 1 now (asking if you can ask for a request)
I really hate that people ignore my word

As mentioned, in my profile page [link] I have various links to my journals talking about rules and how to issue your request properly
Rule 1 and Rule 6 are the most important rules I ask people to not break (shown in my deviant ID [link] ) You decided to break those 2 rules
Why is it such a big Issue?
I try to put certain order, what I receive for suggestions
This order helps me to work on the things faster when or if I decide to do it
Rule 1 ask you to be direct (in this case, you started to be direct, but didn't gave me the reference)
I ask for a reference for have an easy access when doing the request (Rule 6)
Also I ask to comment it in the proper journal or note me, so I can look for the note easily (Rule 4)
Rule 1, being the most important rule because I have many stuff pointing how, when, why I do request and I hate waste of time, replying "yes I'm taking suggestions, I point it everywhere, but I don't care people ignores all my words and do the question I try to answer everywhere, so f*ck me, right?!"
So, that's why It really pisses me off people just ask questions without checking at least the profile that should point a bit about what the artist does
I'm being nice with this little 'ban'
by the amount of people that have broken my rules previously I should simply block you and/or stop taking request EVER
but I try to be tolerant, hope this can answer your question about

-for the matter and sake to keep a control of the request I receive
-and is a horribly big issue because I really get tired of being ignored over and over and over and over again with everyone just saying "I just want my drawing I don't care if he is asking me nicely do read something, screw that!"

I just try to fulfil the essential part of the request so I don't think on the who, why, etc. just try to add a scenery and plot that may fit for fulfil the request

Well I judge art mainly by how good it looks to me, and not by how fast its done. The fact that you do both is what really impresses me at times, for I have seen few artists who can not only create neat-looking artworks, but also do them in a rather short period of time as well.
