"So basically, Peach will have (as usual) been captured by Boswer. She'll be tied by her ankles and hanging from the castle ceiling, probably over a bit of lava or something.
However. Since she's tied by her ankles and hanging upsidedown, her poofy dress will have a bit of trouble staying upright, and would fall down to reveal her panties/give an upskirt shot. While her arms will be bound by rope that is tied around her upper body, they would be in front of her, so it would be a small cycle of her positioning her hands around to try and prevent the dress from falling on top of her and embaressing her. The animation would probably end with her failing to do so and her panties being shown."

I edited it a bit, so It could be a loop, still, the panties are shown and her frustration is never endless
