Description
Request from ~Apple3BlossomRoll from Megaman undergoing a huge breast expansion that causes the front of her dress to slowly lift up exposing her underwear as she tries to push down her dress blushing with an annoyed expression on her face.
Whatever, I used an older version of the character and just posted half of the comic on dA to avoid any problems with minors and sexual themes (Although here she has a little BE I think it's not big deal)

Is this Roll from the original Megaman? If so, I think I could imagine a certain Robot Master doing this to her, and I could think of which one it might be.

well, it is supposed to be the original Roll, but upgraded to a more mature body, because applying a BE on a child girl is... wrong

Well now that I think about it, you know Roll is a robot, right?
Would it still count as a child girl, even though she's mechanical and not truly human? Because after all, Robots Cannot Be Sexualized.
