Drawn in pencil. Coloured using colouring pencils and ArcSoft PhotoStudio.That hand (yeah, the one at the bottom, belonging to Blossom) KILLED ME.

That's an easy question. It's cuz he was made that way 
That's why on the first page, he was like "It was a simple instruction, but if I'd known what happened afterwards..." etc. etc. ^-^

With mistakes, we don't know the consequences of our actions and so we do it. We blindly do whatever people tell us, or whatever we think right then was the right thing to do. But once we do it, we do give a damn, becuse we realise what we've done and we really realise it's a mistake.
Just because he didn't care then doesn't mean he would never care after. I'll explain this more as the comic progresses, since there is a gap between when Brick killed her and the present moment

So far, not looking good. No one's in character and I don't know why. I need an explanation for why everyone's like this. Is this not the real Blossom? Did the Rowdyruff Boys get mindwiped into being good ('cause let's face it, that's the only way it'd happen...excepting the method I suggest on my account)? What's going on?

Haha, well, if you read through the descriptions, I did warn people that characters will be rather OOC since, well, this is set years into the future, the characters have "grown/matured", and the boys have actually murdered people.
Keep also in mind that only three characters have been shown: Butch, Brick, and Blossom; one is his douche-like self, the other is going through a phase of regret/discontentment, and the last has something seriously, seriously wrong with her, since, well, she's meant to be dead.
Complications and developments are what make a story. Stick around long enough and maybe my explanations of what's happening will satisfy you
