Made with DeviantArt muro (Actually, the ocean floor, most of the fish, and Racer himself, were done in Photoshop. I just finished with Muro because of severe weather. UPDATE: Finishing touch on the fins on Muro.)As requested by for his birthday. I never remembered or caught the flipper colors... you know, the fins he wears.
