Description
This is Forte from Rockman Exe. I was inspired to do this after watching Rockmsn Exe the Movie. He's so cool!!! Especially when he used Rockman's ultimate program.

Anyway, I copied this from an existing image I have. I used the rectangle and polygonal tool and lasso in making the outlines. (Which took me 4 hrs to finish) Then I use the layer style- stroke for the black outlines except the cloak. I used the 2 pixel brush tool for the lines in his cloak. This is the first time I actually draw directly on photoshop (which is hard but challenging). There you have it. Hope you like this one! ^______^
