I doodled this is my sort-of painter program, and I was going to paint it, but then I realized that her head is like, humongous. So I decided to scrap the whole thing. But I still like the sketch, just find it sorta cute. I really like sketchy art, how 'bout ya'll?Anyways I wasn't really drawing anyone in particular at first, but halfway through I looked up and saw that I'd drawn Betty Cooper. Anyone every read Archic comics? Well when I was a kid I devoured them, that's where I learned to draw, from those comics. I always liked Betty better than Veronica. She reminded me of myself!

It actually reminds me more of an actress than of Betty. She doesn't look like a teenager, but this is still cute.^_^ I've always loved those Archie comics, especially the Betty and Veronica double digests.^-^

Nothing wrong with her head..works nice for the pic. Her right shoulder (our left) is a little large...like she has a head in her sleeve. lol other than that though, i like it. What is this kinda-paint program? And archie comics are cool. I always liked Jughead..he reminded me of....well me. :-D

lol thanks. The program is Painter, but it's the essentials program, so it's just a few brushes and none of the really cool (and useful) tricks you find in the actual version of painter!

Ahhh yes...I have #7. its cool...ALOT to learn in it, so many damn drop downs in it, doesn't work as well for me like Photoshop does but i keep pluggin away at it.

Yeah I like Photoshop better too but so many people use painter I figure it's gotta be for a reason, so I'm trying to figure it out!

I'm kinda getting burned out on the "painted" look...EVERYONE is doing it now....i like doing it but i try not to get as much into it, i like my work looking like my own...not a carbon copy of all the others.

That's Betty? Quess it must be an older version then when I last saw that character. Interesting way of coloring it though. It's also nice to see you post something up again it's been too long.

This is just my version of Betty, I didn't mean it to look like the one in the comics. It started as a random doodle and really it just sorta reminded me of her.
