Materials: Leather, Pyrography Tool, Artificial Sinew, Acrylic Paint

This started out as a test project, since I had not worked with leather nor pyrography before. It quickly grew and turned into a Yule present for my love.

It is very sturdy, and was formed into that shape while wet. The white pigments are pearlescent, and applied with many thin layers.

I apologize for the poor photograph; I was taking it right as I was flying out, and forgot to get better pictures while I was away. Since it is no longer with me, better photos will have to wait.
