Here’s the time-lapse for my latest piece featuring Tariq! I think for now I’ll replace the WIPs I post with time-lapses once I’m done with whatever I’m drawing.

This time-lapse in particular is a bit choppy. As you can see it skips a bit from me doing the sketch to getting into the coloring and already having done some of the details off-screen.

Clip Studio Paint is my main drawing program that I use, but sometimes I use Procreate to start off a drawing in, or other times I may even complete a whole drawing using Pro. It really depends!

In this case, I started the sketch off in Pro and then moved it over to Clip to finish it.

So not only did I have two recordings from two different programs that I had to stitch together (which wasn’t very hard actually! I used iMovie to do it.) but I also forgot that with Clip you have to manually tell it to record yourself. So for a little while I didn’t have it recording me when I switched over.

Fortunately not too much was missed here, but in the future I hope to show a better and smoother transition without the slight skip in the process.

I do have other drawings I’m working on at the moment that I’m considering sharing the time-lapse for, but they also will be a little incomplete, with the sketching process or line-art already being done. I plan on recording myself more from start to finish though, if I remember to turn it on. ;w;

With all that being said, I hope you like seeing this go from sketch to being completed!
