I don't think they were actually meant to be lip rings but you can definitely use them as such.. found them online a long time ago- try searching for "spiked hoops piercings / rings"

I'll play Devils advocat but I actually regret peircing mine- I got tired of them rubbing aginst my gums and took all my peircingsout after 5 years- I really dont like the scars- too visible.

Haha I have a ton of scars, I just got my nose Don and it's a bit saw because (don't ask me what the hell was going through my mind) I pulled it really hard through the night, bloody hell that hurt.
