I'll tell you what we learned: dividing by zero (and succeeding) leads to atom splitting.

On a calculator dividing things by zero cannot be done. The idea for the joke is that if it was ever done the universe would implode (or at the very least something will blow up).

I understand that. It is a very common joke that most people, myself included, are quite familiar with.
You did ask, however, in the artist's comments, "what did we learn today?"
So, as an answer, though I'm sure not required, I said that it would be possible for one to tell someone who they are not on good terms with to take such action as to divide by zero on a calculator to achieve such a disastrous result.
