Description
With this step, we start on smaller details, beginning with the decoration at the hem of her skirt. It may be subtle, but I put a brown line over the lines at the base, in addition to adding another a little above.Generally, little decorations like this are the only things I don't use thick black outlines on. I don't know if that's entirely consistent with the canonical style, but it suits me.
