This is... a bit odd.

Okay. In Nintendo Power's November article on Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, they published a screenshot of what appears to be a picture-book-style recap of The Story So Far. This screenshot depicted Saturos, Felix, Menardi, and Alex, with the caption "Their moment of wonder was interrupted by the arrival of thieving fiends!"

This set off a bit of a chain reaction in my brain, leading to asking several people who came to mind when I said "thieving fiend". Some of the answers made it into this picture; others, including Robin Hood, didn't.

Basically, what I did here is depict each of the people from that shot as one of the answers I got, blending as seemed appropriate. Saturos and Menardi are James and Jessie, respectively, from the Pokemon anime. Felix is Carmen Sandiego, from the Carmen Sandiego series of games and TV shows. Alex is Crowley, from the book Good Omens.

I find it interesting that Felix and Alex are apparently pleased with their new outfits (I think Felix digs the coat), whereas Menardi, in particular, is all "What is this?". I think she's wondering why she's dressed like her sister. Also: I gave her a bicolored face this time!

Edit: Would you believe I didn't even realize, while I was uploading this, that it was Halloween?
