General Description:
Vera is a level-headed Roselia who approaches most situations with a smile and rationality...and the occasional flirty remark. Though of course, this tranquil demeanor doesn't deter from her passion for story telling and adventuring into the unknown. With her quick thinking and eagerness to come to the aid of her comrades and others, she's ready to do what she can to keep the peace. Although sometimes, her methods can be a bit questionable due to old habits.
Most Pokemon can find her in the Library, or chatting it up with other Guild members and townspeople at the Tavern.
she also seems to be rather private about her life before the Guild

The Past

Not many would suspect it, but Vera wasn't always poised and level headed. Once a rambunctious little Budew, the young Pokemon had ambitions of Adventure and Fame like so many. Bright eyed and eager, Vera wanted to gain experience within the Adventuring world quickly and sought out teachers. Though perhaps she may not of had picked the best influences to help her achieve that dream...

Joining the Solacer Guild   Vera's arrival to Lakeside and the Guild was a rather rough journey. She was found by Hermes on the edge of the Vile Wildwoods, unconcious with only a tattered scarf on her person and plenty of torn petals to spare. In critical condition, Hermes brought Vera to the guild for the aid of Cecil.
  It was several days after being found, that Vera finally awoke. Vera was rough around the edges at first towards the Guildmasters, that was for sure. She spoke rudely to them and was skeptical of their intentions, as if thinking they had ulterior motives.
  But, as weeks of her stay went on, Vera began to soften. She became trusting and more appreciative of what Cecil and Hermes had done for her. And as she watched the members of the Guild perform their deeds and tasks, Vera grew an admiration for them.
Soon, Vera had recovered fully and was free to go on her merry way. But rather than departing, she decided to stay in Lakeside and join the Solacer Guild.
"I owe much to you, you both [Cecil and Hermes] practically saved my life," she smiled. "But the reason I'm staying isn't just because I see it as a debt to be paid. No...after watching how much these Pokemon care for one another and work so hard to help others, I think that's a life that is worth living. A better path to lead, rather than the one I was on. If the Guild would have me, I would like to join proudly as a member."
