That's some pretty good concepts!
Only problem is your joining to the belt;
If it was a tube like that, it would have to have the tail flat at the top. Meaning it wouldn't sway side to side realistically like most tails do. Plus, it would only work if your butt and back was flat. Even then, the top would have to curve and that would put stress on some seams and they may rip.
What people normally do is make two thin belt loops that may be made with elastic. They are very sturdy.
With my tail I prefer to have a piece of strong fabric going through the tail and act as a belt around my waist. I think it bounces around and sways the most- and has no chance of tearing a seam or breaking

thank for that i allready made a tail with is not the tail in the pic with the same design and it holding out for now lol im hopeing to get a better one made buy same one who is good at it hopely ^.^ and i like your tail the one on youtube it really good ^.^ and i did not put a tube in my design it ment to be fibric i have got to change that and point it out on my design lol ^.^

Yes I knew it was fabric But couldn't you snip it so there are only two small straps? Then cut the rest of the tube out
