Description
Took that daily sketch and spiffied it up a bit. Pretty much speaks for itself. The one thing I forgot to add is that the fur at the base of her ears and tail matches her skin tone, so aside from the cat parts she is still completely human. She does have a couple purple spots on her back as well.I'm trying to think of a last name for her and her sister, and I was thinking of something Spanish/Mediterranean to reflect their skin tone. I'm horrible with names however, so I'll take any help I can get.

Uh, why 173 pounds? It seems really high for a character who's not overweight.

She is supposed to be a bit overweight. I'm just not that good at drawing bigger bodies. I also want my characters to be more realistic, because it kills me when anime characters have bios that say they only weigh 90 pounds (and half of that is usually in their chest).

Yeah, I find that weird in anime. Apparently obesity doesn't exist in Japanese animation. Oh, and I stumbled upon this and I thought it might help you with proportions for characters of a different body shape. [link]

...So I spent about an hour trying to come up with names, but I only came up with Lavi Santiago, Lavi Ovidia Purpurea, and Lavi Sergia Catilina: Spanish and Latin names respectively. >_< Names and I don't get along. Always over think them.
Wonder about the stated weight though. Judging by her given height, and taking scale into effect, I'd estimate her weight to be no more than 140-150. >_< I am no expert though, so don't take anything I say too seriously.
Setting my ramblings aside, I still like her very much, and like how you're progressing her as a character. ^_^ Of the untold multitudes of catgirl characters out there, Lavi is one of the most unique.

I very much appreciate your help! I'm going to try and stay away from last names with any sort of cat pun, as Lazuli will share that name too. As for the weight, I wanted to make Lavender a little chubbier than the average girl, as I think it makes her seem less like a "perfect character." This is also where her good self image arises, as she is perfectly happy with her body. To be honest, I probably didn't make her look as big as I intended. Her little sister is the stick
