Description
This is the company Christmas Card which i had to design for our company here in Australia called Karbon InternationalWe wanted to portray what is genuienly Australian as well as it being something for Christmas. We wanted to stay away from the typical Christmas style which would involve alot of snow, white, and light blues, as well as the typical portrayal of Christmas which is the Christmas tree, ornaments and what have you. We also wanted to incorporate the company's motto onto the card which is Think, Create, Inspire so i added unto each word things that would focus around Christmas. The green very much represents the feel of Christmas, but we just had to ad the Christmas hat to identitfy it more as a Christmas card as well as adding abit of querkiness to it.

I really like this. The idea of moving away from the traditional christmas design is great! Managing to include your motto and other bits of branding is also a plus.
The greens look great, and the vectors, especially the design of the man really make it perfect.

I think it's really neat. I love the overall design/composition and the colors. And, of course, the message.

ehehe thanks again for your comment, i'm glad that you like this one, again its just trying to get out of the norm of the image of christmas, and trying to be abit more subtle in approach and yet creative, i like to do things a little different to what everyone sees, although i must admit i do fall in the trap of what you call "the norm design" hehe

I do that too. It's really hard to come up with something completely unique. There are so many artists out there, it's difficult to find something no one has done before.
