Well~ I have a Rick and Morty AU, and an Undertale AU, so I answered this one with those
I guess Sans was chosen to be the judge 'cause he can see things the other monster can't: LVL and EXP is some of that, and I asume he can see souls too
Rick and Morty are not precisely the nicest out there. For those who didn't understand, the black things in the last panel, are Rick's and Morty's souls.
Rick would probably be interested in using soul power for his experiments, but his grandson tends to be an adorable little mess and he needs to save him

you missed the beginnin sweetie!!! it's a reminder for both Rick and Morty of the family they lost, in this AU Beth and Summer were killed when Morty was a baby (Rick didn't care about Jerry's dead, so he doesn't count)
it's also a piece of hair where they attach their trackin' devices, so it can't be cut

Wow XD, I have forgot that Rick and his adorable little Morty is killing for survive (maybe)! Of course their LV would be high as f*ck, I the marshmallow is no where near Chara, and for Rick...Well, who know! Sans dear, don't worry, they won't harm anyone as long as no one make a threat to both of them...I just wonder why their HP is "???" But anyways, it's so freaking cool! Nice work Keary!

Oh! That's make sense! Does that mean Rick is stronger than Chara? Because their LV is 99 (100?) while Rick is "???"...He never dealt with Rick's LV before, but he already does with Chara right? So....That sure mean he's stronger than Chara? Who know!
