This picture was taken precisely 2 hours before we realsied we were totally lost on the first day of walking. Partially my fault...

Going from left to right, we have Rachel (super wicked gal), Claire (An ex of mine, also a great gal), Katy (Dappyest person youl meet, great fun, even if shes denser than a neutron star) and Faith. Well, What more shall we say about her, great gal and a mind so twisted it rivals mine.

We didnt notice what turned out to be when we studied a large map at the next Youth Hostile (£10 pound a night, with brekkie) that there was a nice, easy path un the side of a hill we had to traverse.

Instead we cut up our arms scaling a hill side coverd in scrag, to the uneducated, thats lots of little stones under a bit of earth on a slate base that give way when you walk up it.

It was a very stee hill....
