I'm not familiar with the song, but I love this picture! I love her face and the fact that you fogged up the bottom, but can still perceive the depth due to the skyscrapers! She reminds me of a female Jean Petit!

I recently watched the documantary "man on wire", about a man who walked between the twin towers. It's almost like this is an illustration for that story.

I did the lineart in pencil and then cleaned it up with fine-tip ink pens, then scanned it in and did all the coloring and shading in photoshop.
