Oh yea, keeping them is hard. Horseback riding helps me halfway though! No slouching! But, going back to push ups and planks? Noooo, especially since I switch up between sphinx and basic push ups. XD Spiderman pushups...yea, I'm still working on that one. I think I managed one before I hit my head on the television set. HA HA.
